Product Warranty 

We at CYD Tech offer a warranty for the Livoltec Inverter (Hyper 5000), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Coverage:

We provide coverage for any defects in material and workmanship of the Product for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace the Product at our discretion, without any charge to you, provided that the Product has been used in accordance with our instructions and not subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control

The following are not covered by this warranty: any loss, damage, legal liability, cost, expense, business interruption, or consequential loss caused by an Electricity Supplier, which is any entity that provides electricity, or Grid Failure, which is the partial or total interruption, interference, or suspension of electricity supply due to any reason, including government action. This warranty also does not cover any damage caused by events outside of our control, such as natural disasters or civil unrest.

To make a claim under this warranty, you must inform us in writing within a reasonable time of discovering the defect and provide proof of purchase. We have the right to inspect the product before repairing or replacing it under this warranty.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under the law. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the Product. We are not responsible for any other loss or damage caused by the use of the Product.

This warranty is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was purchased, and any disputes arising from this warranty will be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
